Decent stay with friendly staff

We stayed for 1 night in a family room, and the staff were super nice, especially Jade who made us feel welcome. The entry was secure, so I felt safe. There was a bar area that looked chill. The breakfast left a bit to be desired though—just a juice cup and warm slices. Not the comfiest beds either.

This was just a reliable pick for taking strolls in Lakeland with all in all brilliant value for money. The beds were clean and comfy, and the water pressure in the shower was awesome. For a better experience, consider eating breakfast somewhere else as the options were quite limited.

Staff interactions were consistently pleasant, with evening staff offering extra toiletries and breakfast areas well-maintained. The room was spacious and comfortable, making for a relaxing stay. However, despite hanging towels for reuse, housekeeping did not follow the guidelines provided in the bathroom. Some bathroom fixtures showed wear, and there were signs of rust in some areas, detracting from an otherwise enjoyable experience.

The family room was spacious for us and perfect for my uncle who has limited mobility. Jade went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We loved lounging by the outdoor pool and soaking up the sun on comfy lounge chairs. Just a heads up, I wish we had clearer pictures of the room options to help find the best fit for our needs. 😊

Had an awesome time with my friends during our stay! We visited the Sun 'n Fun Airshow, and the atmosphere was just electric. The pool was good, but I wish it was open later. Staff were super friendly and rooms were pretty clean. I'd definitely recommend this place for your next trip!
